2955 W 80th Ave, Westminster“We absolutely love Colorado Karate Club, their owner and all their instructors. They are very professional, fun and show a sincere interest in our son. We had tried other martial arts schools for our young son but Colorado Karate Club in Westminster has been the most personable with students and parents. They are invested in the betterment not just of Karate skills but in each students morals, life goals and focus on respectful actions in their personal lives. In the last year, our son has increased his grades, decreased his anger and become more responsible in all aspects of his life. I can absolutely attribute these in no small part, to this school and its lessons. Please consider bringing your kids or adults to this school and meet the staff and parents.“

634 W 84th Ave, Thornton“One of the best decisions i have ever made. Sifu Post has taught me so much and I've grown a lot in the nearly 2 years that I attended. While there I not only learned how to fight, i learned to focus my energy into more positive things in life, and met some amazing people along the way. In doing so I have become more aware of what I want from life and it has helped me to set goals and achieve them. Unfortunately my decision to leave Colorado means that i can no longer train with Sifu Post. My experience here will stick with me for life and I’m very grateful to have found this place. I hope to keep pursuing martial arts, but this place certainly ignited a spark.“

9020 W 88th Ave, Arvada“I can’t say enough great things about the Colorado Tae Kwon Do Institute in Westminster! My seven-year-old has been attending classes 2-3 times a week for over a year now, and it has truly been a transformative experience for him specific to his confidence and in various experiences with competition.
We initially found the institute through an after-school program, and we were immediately impressed by the positive environment and the dedication of the instructors. The focus on building confidence, respect, and patience among students is evident in every class. It's heartwarming to see how well the instructors honor each child as an individual.
Since joining the institute, my child has flourished not just in martial arts skills but in self-esteem as well. The supportive atmosphere encourages children to challenge themselves while building lasting friendships with their peers. The instructors are not only skilled martial artists but also exceptional educators who know how to inspire and motivate young learners.
It's been wonderful to watch my child develop not only physical abilities but also important life skills. The emphasis on respect and discipline extends into daily life, which is a priceless benefit. I highly recommend the Colorado Tae Kwon Do Institute to any parent looking to help their child gain confidence, learn self-defense, and grow in a nurturing environment. Thank you to all the amazing instructors for making this journey so positive and rewarding!“

9975 Wadsworth Pkwy #1900, Westminster“Best MMA experience I've had. I came from a Jiu Jitsu background and was a traveler so I've been to every hot gym in the US and have trained with many personalities and Coaches.
To this day I've never met a more dedicated Coach than Coach Sully. The gym is a place where he will rise you above your limits and make you better than ever before.
Every time I would come here my skills would explosively progress in short periods of time that would be noticeable when I would go train at other gyms.
Best gym. Best Coaching. Thank you Fusboxe Team and Coaches and Manager“

If you’re just starting out wanting to learn Jiu Jitsu, this is a great place. Also Dave is a black belt and a literal wizard, so if you’re a higher belt trying to find a new place to train and learn, this is an awesome spot. Please check them out. 2497 Fenton St, Edgewater“I highly recommend Universal Kempo Karate. Every time you enter you will be warmly welcomed by Jamie - who is not just an excellent instructor, but a wonderful human being. Jamie is super friendly and extremely approachable. He makes it a point to have one-on-one conversations with all the parents. Our son absolutely loves the time he spends at Universal Kempo Karate. While he isn’t naturally inclined towards sports, this program has been a great outlet and we haven't observed him get frustrated like with other sports and it's the only place he gets a good dose of exercise. He has advanced rapidly, testament to both his efforts and the nurturing environment of the school. I'm not an expert on martial arts school class structures but we really like the flow of each class. Each class begins with a not-too-strenuous warm-up, followed by genuine martial arts drills tailored for all age groups, often sometimes includes more strenuous runs and typically mostly entails defense, attach, weapon drills or sparing. The fellowship hall is spacious and there is always plenty of room for the students. A special shout-out to Dominic, who is great with the students and an excellent practitioner. If you're looking for an inclusive, friendly, and professional karate school for your child, check out Universal Kempo Karate! Not only will your child learn karate as a martial art, but also they will be encouraged to develop life principles like discipline, respect, and self-confidence.“

I've been a member for 2 months and go weekly and feel much more confident of my skills. Small classes thus far just means I get more attention to details. The classes at occasionally the same but there is a good variety of skills.“

1699 S Lowell Blvd, Denver“I've trained in Martial Arts for 10 years. I think a large difference that I've noticed, in my time in this School, is that we Study more than we simply Train. Every class I walk out feeling the effects of the depth and length of study of the Martial Arts. The people here are amazing warriors who not only strive for their own personal best but they push you beyond what you think are your limitations. A sibling-hood I've never experienced in a decade of training in other schools. The instructors are high class with the knowledge and abilities they demonstrate and teach, each bringing their own methods and viewpoints to help broaden our own. The intensity of the training is much more lifelike and is geared towards real world encounters and possibilities; it's not limited to the ideas of the stereotypical "break the wrist and walk away" self defense schools. The mood is always light, the training is very serious, the work can be seen as grueling, but the results are worth it.“
