I’ve been taking classes here for a few months. The workouts are physically intense and they push the aggression you need for this type of training, but they keep the vibe light enough that you enjoy the classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and professional, and they are approachable if you have questions. I’ve had classes primarily with Aaron but also with James, Taven, Gary, and Fergus. All have different styles but every one is excellent.
Love this gym. The whole staff makes you feel like a part of the family. I've been looking for a gym like this for a while and lucked out it happens to be two minutes from my house
This place is amazing. It has been wonderful fun the kids and now we are joining in on the fun too so we can all be superheroes. Staff is amazing and it’s perfect for anyone at any fitness level.
