I've been taking my son here for a long while now and I must say they are really great at what they do to teach my son and his peers the fundamentals of boxing and martial arts and their overall well-being both mentally and physically.

I put both of my boys into this and honestly have been nothing but impressed sense. We looked into other similar activities so my boys could find some healthy outlets for stress while also learning to defend themselves. The prices here are very reasonable and they do stress the idea of not only learning how to defend yourself but also when to use it. Also need to mention they are very keen on safety while instructing.I have one son that is very reserved and bottles up his emotions. After just the first class I saw him smiling from one ear to the next. Now that we have done more classes he is so excited to go in and looks forward to it. We started taking our granddaughter here a little over a month ago and it was the best decision. I have known Jordan for 40 years and he trained my oldest daughter. I would recommend him all day every day.
