Have you ever wanted to learn to kick a 6’ 7” guy in the face? Well you can learn that* and other valuable martial arts skills at Nova Mente. Troy and the coaching staff make everyone feel welcome while pushing us to be our best.It doesn’t matter how big or small you are, or how fit you are, there is a challenge for everyone and that is part of the fun.Some of the best people I know I met at Nova Mente. Considering they all choke and punch me, that’s saying something! Come try it out.* I’m also tall, so you might have to settle for kicking him in the chest. ?

Nova Mente is a wonderful gym in South Denver! Great room with amazing training partners. Troy is a great person to have at the helm too. Be sure to stop by when you're in Denver, worth the drive wherever you are in the city.

We are an all encompassing Martial Arts, Self-Defense, and Personal Training Academy specializing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning. Our Academy Motto is We The Empowered, and our goal is to empower everyone of our students both on and off the mats! We provide training and classes for kids starting at 4 years of age as well as adults.
