I also really appreciate that the gym isn’t overly loud. They turn the music off whenever they’re giving instructions, which makes it so much easier for the kids to pay attention and learn. I also like that they incorporate games that keep the children engaged in classes.
Every time I have a question, the professors are always willing to talk with me and help clear up my doubts.

“I looked at 2 other karate studios for my 4yo before finding The Rock. First one gave me some uncomfy vibes and was pushy and the second one was too pricey. Then we checked out The Rock and I am SO glad I didn’t just go with one of the first 2 I looked at. The content is age appreciate, the instructors are patient but teach respect, and the prices are the most reasonable of the 3 studios I looked. My kid loves it and an unexpected side effect is better listening and respect at home. Cannot speak highly enough of The Rock!“
