“I’ve been training at the Denver location and I absolutely love it. The coaches are excellent, knowledgeable, tough, and very attentive to detail. The training environment is supportive and everyone is genuinely focused on improving and helping each other.<br><br>The Muay Thai classes and sparring sessions are especially great. I’ve learned a lot about timing, defense, and applying techniques in live rounds. I’ve also taken some Jiu Jitsu classes here and really enjoyed them as well.<br><br>Overall, the vibe is amazing, great coaching, great training partners, and a really strong community. I couldn’t be happier training here.”

They have always recognized and encouraged his efforts, which has made such a positive difference in his confidence.<br>I also really appreciate that the gym isn’t overly loud. They turn the music off whenever they’re giving instructions, which makes it so much easier for the kids to pay attention and learn. A sibling-hood I've never experienced in a decade of training in other schools. “I looked at 2 other karate studios for my 4yo before finding The Rock. First one gave me some uncomfy vibes and was pushy and the second one was too pricey. Then we checked out The Rock and I am SO glad I didn’t just go with one of the first 2 I looked at. The content is age appreciate, the instructors are patient but teach respect, and the prices are the most reasonable of the 3 studios I looked. My kid loves it and an unexpected side effect is better listening and respect at home. Cannot speak highly enough of The Rock!”
