“Tradition, family, and a feeling of teamwork are just a few great things I have gotten to learn over time with Pai Lum White Dragon Martial Arts. Self-defense is a big part of the curriculum. Training in weapons, self-defense, and forms comes with each level and is a lot of fun and takes a lot of hard work. The instructor is fair and helpful when you put in everything you have to build your own success. I even learned they offer the class community things like social gatherings for the holidays, a summer camp for focused training, semester seminars, and even an annual banquet that celebrates everyone's hard work. In this day and age, there are not many that do this. I will continue to support and remain a student of Pai Lum White Dragon Martial Arts.“

“Mile High Karate has been amazing. We enrolled my 6 year old because he desperately needed some focus. In the last 6 months he has shown incredible changes. At the same time he absolutely loves being there and is incredibly proud of what he has accomplished. I think what I appreciate the most is that training isn't just a hobby for the instructors, it is a full time job. The teachers put so much time and dedication into their students. They focus on a curriculum with not only martial art skills but also practical life lessons and fundamentals directed at younger students that are also important reminders for all other students. I have been so impressed that I have been encouraged to join and better myself. Great Job MHK.“
