Recently ive begun taking lessons again online with Sifu Post all the way from the northwest and even through the screen has been able to teach me and get me back on track. Its amazing how things come back when you love them! Im so excited to have my Sifu back, 10/10 the only Martial art I would recommend on a personal basis. You WILL improve and you WILL get stronger and more in touch with your body. Even online!”

“We had our son's 5th birthday here recently and it exceeded all of our expectations! They had lawn games, a giant parachute, and a parkour obstacle course. Many of the kids just ran around and around the room on the padded floor until they were exhausted! Coach Jessica and her crew were amazing to work with. We were so thrilled to get some adult socializing time while the kids played. Looking forward to having future birthday parties here and trying out their martial arts classes.”
