Synergy is great place. Self defense based kickboxing that also offers a fitness class. Both my daughter and I participate here and we really enjoy it. The instructors are awesome and we always look forward to our next lesson.

Since joining Synergy's Self Defense classes my confidence has greatly improved!It's a welcoming environment with skilled instructors who make the learning experience effective and positive. They are always sprinkling in tips and examples to help the concepts solidify and they bring a lighthearted and fun energy to their teaching. Synergy Martial Arts and Fitness is an amazing gym/Dojo, and Scott is a great teacher and instructor I would and do recommend him and his Dojo for anybody looking to get healthier and for people and children Interested in self defense.
