Desert Rose was dispatched by my warranty company when my heater was red tagged for a gas leak. They showed up promptly, were able to fix the issue within a couple of hours, and were very informative at the same time!

Russ thoroughly inspected the A/C unit, performed the warranty repair and thoroughly cleaned the system. He explained everything he was doing and provided suggestions for future maintenance tasks. They were dispatched through our home warranty to service the furnace. They called to schedule a next day appointment and called me 30 min ahead of arrival time.
