    At 40 years old with kids and a sedentary lifestyle, I knew I needed to start taking my strength and conditioning more seriously. I’ve lifted and been fairly athletic in the past, so I was a bit skeptical of whether it would be worth investing in a personal trainer, but I am glad to say that working with Scott has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. In just a few months, I’ve already seen more gains than I ever saw working out on my own or with buddies. Scott has a wealth of experience and is truly gifted in training others. He is also a strong Christian man who makes the workouts enjoyable while also pushing you to become a better version of yourself. It sounds cliché, but truly my only regret is that I didn’t start this process a decade ago!

    I’ve been working with Scott for about a year now and have been incredibly impressed with my experience and the progress I’ve made with him! As a 40-something father of two young kids who was working a stressful job, I made the intentional decision to work on myself - both physically and emotionally. Fitness to me had only been focused on cardio. I knew I wanted to get stronger, but with limited experience with strength training, didn’t know how to go about it. Enter Scott - he is an incredible teacher who was coached me through proper form on a variety of exercises, while keeping me motivated and holding me accountable. Even more importantly, he’s a great dude who is fun to work out with. Through weekly session (2x or 3x), regular cardio, focus on diet and monthly check-ins and measurements (including In Body scans), I’ve seen a real improvement in my strength and my lean body mass and most importantly, I feel healthier. As a recreational skier, I’d often dread the leg burn I’d feel my first couple times out each season. This season, thanks to my leg work with Scott - no burn! I’m looking forward to our continued work and am confident it’s helping me be a healthier parent and a healthier person!

    I have always struggled to get a workout routine going for myself. Scott has gotten me on a consistent routine and helps me hold myself accountable. The workouts are structured and everything is explained in detail. Look forward to continuing working on my personal health.
