“I had a major remodel done which took about 9 months (pretty good) and consisted of creating a second story on an older home. project was completed January 2022 and was pretty stressful as most projects of this magnitude can be. unlike some people in the construction business - Greg was responsible and worked with me on all I asked for and I am pleased with the final result. I waited a while to post a review as once the project was complete - it took a while to recover from all the stress. anyone who has had a major project done knows how challenging it can be. I think some of his subs were great but some were not very responsive after the completion of the project-however there have been no major issues with all the work done more than a year later.Services: Tile work installation“

“We are building a new garage/office on our property in downtown Loveland. Jones Excavating has been working at our place the last few weeks. They have shown up when they said they would and their work has been excellent. However, here the cherry on top: Today they were working by our front porch and I was returning from the store carrying in a baby and groceries. One of the gentlemen fixed the the front rug, dusted off the dirt from the steps with his hand and turned around and said: "There you go, ma'am."I was so thankful and very impressed.
