Called Bryce on a Sunday afternoon because the pilot on my boiler would not stay lit, and the house in Loveland was getting cold. he said it sounded like a bad thermocouple. He arrived quickly, tested the boiler, and confirmed the pilot would not stay on. Before replacing anything, he checked the boiler connections and found a loose connection on the external thermocouple. After tightening it and relighting the unit, the boiler fired right up and the heat came back on. i really appreciated that he took time to troubleshoot the issue instead of pushing an unnecessary repair. Bryce carried the new water heater down the basement stairs and removed the old one without any trouble. It was a big job with heavy lifting and some tricky plumbing connections on top of the new tank, and he got everything set up the right way with no issues afterward. He also took time near the end of the install to answer my questions and explain how the unit works. My old water heater had started leaking, so I was relieved to have a smooth replacement. Now I feel confident about my hot water system and the quality of the plumbing work.
