Based on the reviews, Pure Water Services is an excellent, honest, and reasonably priced smaller local company. They are absolute pros who are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provide great service, are very affordable, and do not have exorbitant prices. They were able to get a new hot water heater scheduled within days and installed in no time at all. The crew arrived on time, covered the floors, and did excellent work. They also promptly fixed a water softener issue that another company refused to fix. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they stand by their work. They are awesome and the company to go to for issues.
We were really impressed with their service and knowledge. They had the best pricing for a boiler. After it was installed it had a defective part, but Patrick brought us space heaters to keep us comfortable while they took a day to fix it. It's been running smooth ever since. Highly recommend!
Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. We got a water softener from American plumbing and sewer. A part broke and American refused to fix the problem even tho it was under warranty. Pure water came out and promptly fixed the issue. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly and really worked with us! Pure water is the company to go to for issues. They are awesome!
