“I first called Sanchez Mechanical because my furnace died and I was trying to DIY a fix and was trying to source a spark igniter - Sid was super helpful over the phone and told me to just overnight one on Amazon since most contractors won't sell parts and if they do they'll overcharge by a lot for them.So I did, and turns out that wasn't the issue. Sid was so helpful on the phone he was the first person I called. He was able to come that morning, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the actual problem. “I have used Garvins twice for plumbing needs. From setting the appointment with Julie to the pre-call with plumber James everything has been organized. professional and fairly priced. James put on shoe covers without me asking (very uncommon for vendors to have/bring or even ask if clients want them to be worn in property). “I was concerned about my mainline backing up as it had already happened a couple years ago. I called them and explained the situation, (had insurance woes, long story), to Sue who was very personable and understanding. She sent AJ out the next day who was very prompt, did what was needed and managed to get my mainline completely replaced the next day. The video showed that my mainline was backing up and it could've been a disaster at any given moment. I highly recommend these folks for their goodness, honesty, and professionalism. The cost was 1/3 of what the others were charging. I did get 2 other quotes and none were anywhere near as "interested" in being helpful.“
