“After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. After emailing some photos of the old to be removed and the new fixture to be installed, Ernie quoted me a reasonable price but said he was booked for the next 5-6 weeks. Briefly after that, I got a call saying that Doug could respond in about (3) weeks. He arrived within the agreed time frame (9-10am) and did an efficient and professional job in less time than the original estimate. Therefore, the price was adjusted downward.
