I am updating my previous review from 1 to 5 stars. I was not happy with the price ($654) to replace a fill valve and flapper seemed high. I worked with JDs and they worked with me to bring the total down to $325. I'm happy my toilet is working properly and was happy with how they were able to work with me on the price.

Technician did a great job of explaining trouble shooting and testing everything. Gave recommendations and fixed issue quickly and efficiently . Office staff was quick to respond and got me a same day appt. And fix any covers I had . Will definitely use them again and again .

This review is for my friend Shelly Ruff Record.Lindsey was great and Tony is superb, excellent professional. Do not go anywhere else as this company is top notch and so are its employees. Showed up on time, got job done and I'll use them again if needed.
