“After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. “I first called Sanchez Mechanical because my furnace died and I was trying to DIY a fix and was trying to source a spark igniter - Sid was super helpful over the phone and told me to just overnight one on Amazon since most contractors won't sell parts and if they do they'll overcharge by a lot for them.So I did, and turns out that wasn't the issue. Sid was so helpful on the phone he was the first person I called. He was able to come that morning, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the actual problem. They have done a lot of work for my house and rental properties. New kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, bathroom sink, I even wanted a second outdoor water spigot up on my deck. They were able to install one! It was impressive how they created something from nothing. It’s not like they just replaced an existing thing they had to run pipe, drill holes and add a spigot.
