During an inspection of one of my rental properties, I decided to have the sewer line cleaned as a precaution. The technician checked the line before starting and then completed the cleaning. Everything was tested afterward to make sure the system was functioning properly. I followed up with the tenant later, and they confirmed everything was running normally. It was a simple maintenance step, but i am glad i took care of it early.
During some routine maintenance at our office building, we decided to have the sewer line cleaned because the drainage wasn't flowing as smoothly as it should. The technicians checked the line first and then went ahead with the sewer cleaning. Since the office was still operating, is was helpful that the work caused very little disruption to our normal routine. It wasn't something we wanted to deal with during a bigger plumbing issue, so taking care of the sewer cleaning as part of regular maintenance worked out well.

They removed the old line and installed the new one step by step. The project took some time, but the work area was kept reasonably organized throughout the process. Once the new line was installed, they tested the water flow and checked everything before wrapping up. I appreciated the way the entire project was handled from beginning to end.… read full review
