Everyone from Pipecraft Plumbing were great from start to finish -- quick response times, very competitive quote, showed up on time, clean/professional work, no surprises or upsell: what more could you ask for? I've heard that their plumbers do not work for commission (like many big name companies do), so there was no pressure techniques or pushy salesman nonsense.

My plumber was Dan and he was awesome. Answered all kinds of my questions, showed me the basics of operating/adjusting the new water heater, and did clean/professional work.
