I’m an older, avid rock climber who has had a chronic recurring left shoulder injury for at least 5 months. Over this period, I’ve seen an exercise physiologist specializing in climbing injuries (and completed their 6 week rehab program), a Rolfer whom I continue to see, a climbing coach I continue to see, and a deep tissue massage therapist.
