I've had a great experience working with the Will the past couple of months. I was so impressed with the gait assessment and what he pointed out in terms of areas of weakness and compensation. I am not a gym girl and he has made strength training enjoyable. I leave sore in the right places and am noticing reduce hip pain and more tone already. Highly recommend!
This is the place I would recommend to anyone working on a fitness goal, or recovering from an injury. The vibe of this gym is very inviting, professional, and unpretentious. The trainer I've been working with is extremely knowledgable and designs workouts that are right at my level while still being challenging, and are really helping me make significant progress!
If I could give ten stars I would. Or take it up to 11! Sam and Heber have been giving me the attention and expertise to get me through everything holding me back. Truly personalized care. An inviting place for everyone.
