I've been fortunate to work with Sam for nearly 6 months, and in that time, I've both lost weight and gained an amazing amount of strength. I wasn't sure what to expect from working with a trainer, but I now think it's very worth it, especially with Sam! Sam's expert guidance and accountability, for both fitness and nutrition, have helped me be the strongest I've ever been in a very short time. He takes time to understand your goals, and he gives in-the-moment coaching on form to prevent injury and ensure optimal results. I first began training with Sam 3 months ago. I came in with shoulder and knee injury and I was terribly out of shape. I had no idea what I was capable of doing until he began training me. My shoulder and knee are so much stronger now!
