The instruction is clear, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the class welcoming for students of all levels. The training environment is respectful, encouraging, and focused on real skill development.
I’ve gained confidence, discipline, and practical self-defense skills, all while being part of a genuinely positive community. The instructor truly cares about student progress and safety, and every class feels purposeful and engaging. 3239 S Academy Blvd Unit#140, Colorado Springs“The curriculum (if you would call it that) is great! The kids learn alot, and the coaches go around the room to make sure each kid gets the best out of whatever they learn that day. The coaches are also GREAT with the kids. All the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. They don't play favorites as every student is they're favorite. And they learn so much more than martial arts. This place is great“

Sensei Mark is exceptional leader and outstanding human being. Sensei Hallie and Sensei Dave care about their students as well - they all strive to ensure they live the lessons they teach. Thank you for all that you do for all the members of the dojo and the families.“

13395 Voyager Pkwy #110, Colorado Springs“This karate dojo has been a great thing for my 10 y.o. son for almost 5 years now. He has learned self-discipline, focus, body control, and built strength and confidence. The senseis work so well with children, teens and adults. A huge thing I noticed when my son was just starting out at the age of 6, was the impact the training had on his ability to show respect to parents, teachers, and any person older than him. Respect is constantly displayed and encouraged, as is discipline that starts at the dojo for training, and has carried over to schoolwork and other extra-curriculars. I am so glad we tried the free class in 2020 when we won it at the farmer's market. I was skeptical, but my son found something he is passionate about and has thrived during the growth physically, mentally and emotionally due to his participation in karate. The tournaments twice a year are fun and a great chance to practice his skills, as well as experience winning and losing. This place has it all, don't hesitate if your kids (or you) are interested in trying karate, this is 100% the right place to start.“

It is a place that genuinely feels like a home away from home. I hold the rank of Shodan in Tomiki-ryu Aikido and Nikyu in Judo, and I am consistently blown away by the level of knowledge contained in this Dojo. If you wish to learn the art of Aikido as Osensei intended, please do yourself a favor and visit. You won't regret your decision.“

“Took their mini Women’s Self Defense class on a Saturday morning. It was worth going. I learned a lot. Went home to check what pepper spray I had. Whoops the wrong one. Very informative and hands on. Going to work their classes into my busy schedule.“
