My daughter started training at Z-Ultimate when she was 6 years old. She was very shy and struggled with confidence. The instructors worked with her to help with her specific needs. It was really great to see how they actually listened to what I wanted her to get out of doing martial arts. After seeing this, I joined as well with the goal of learning women’s self defense. Almost 2 years later, we are still training at this dojo and it is easy to see the differences it has made in our lives. My daughter’s confidence level has greatly improved. This place is amazing!! The instructors are friendly and calm with the littles. My son has separation anxiety and they worked with him thru it. They are understanding if you can't make a class. I highly recommend Z-Ultimate!!

I recently met one of the members of this dojo and he help arrange for my daughters and I to have a private introductory class in self defense.Cool casual bonding activity. No, it was more! Nice little waiting room so you aren't standing on the side of a mat lingering awkwardly. Every single member of the class before said hi to us as they left...I mean first of all that says a lot about how friendly the environment is.They are so nice and encouraging. They showed basic moves but by the end we had a whole booty whipping combo and a lot of information. I am young at heart, but late 40s in reality. They were able to deal with all three of our styles.
