Mr. Strong is always supportive and encouraging, and he takes the time to work with each student to help them succeed. The instructors create a positive, respectful environment where kids feel motivated and excited to learn.
My son looks forward to every class, and we’re very grateful for everything the team at Legacy Martial Arts does. Highly recommend this dojo to any parent looking for a great place for their child to grow.“

10958 E Bethany Dr, Aurora“I absolutely love Warriors Martial Art School. The coaches are incredibly patient and fantastic with children. In just a month and a half, my two kids have gained so much confidence, discipline, and focus. They have progressed from White Belts to Yellow Belts. I appreciate how the coaches have created a safe, positive, and incredibly welcoming environment for both the children and their parents. I highly recommend this school to any parents seeking an exceptional martial arts program.“

9:30AM - 7PM
7562 S University Blvd Unit K, Centennial“My 6 year old twins just completed their first 6 weeks at Competitive Edge and I could not love this program and the amazing coaches and staff more. Coach K, Coach Dakota, Coach Dani, and Coach Thomas all just poured into my kids and really spent the time to understand their existing strengths and created goals for them (which they had to hit to earn their white belt) to help them overcome their fears. This program worked to build not just their physical strength, but almost more importantly, their mental strength. This investment in them has been more than worth it, and the CEMMA family is amazing! If you’re on the fence, just pull the trigger, you will not regret it.“
10AM - 3PM

3425 S Oleander Ct, Denver“Training at Okinawa Dojo has been an incredible experience for our family. Karate here goes far beyond physical skills — it’s about resilience, perseverance, discipline, and emotional growth.
We’ve seen both of our children thrive in different ways. Our older child has faced big emotional challenges, and the senseis and dojo community have supported him with patience and encouragement, turning tough moments into opportunities for growth and confidence. Our younger child has discovered how much he loves coming to karate each week — building discipline, making friends, and being part of such a wonderful community.
As parents, we feel grateful knowing that Okinawa Dojo is helping our children grow not just as martial artists, but as people. The lessons they’re learning on and off the mat will stay with them for life.“

16655 E Smoky Hill Rd, Aurora“Kicks is exactly what you want from martial arts. The owner, Master Wagner, has more patience than any person I have ever met and is at ease teaching 4 year olds, teenagers, and adults across the whole range of experiences. Kicks works hard to build community and celebrates every success. They will push your child to be stronger, more coordinated, and resilient. Kicks is truly a gem.“

Sensei Tsutsui (plural - as it includes his wife and daughter) along with the other black belts, are outstanding instructors who truly know their art. They’re patient, skilled, and attentive to each student’s needs while encouraging growth. Beyond karate, this dojo offers a true community and life skills that last well beyond the mat.“

Colorado Academy of Martial Arts has become an important part of our family’s journey. My daughter trains here, and the grown-ups in our family train as well. The kids and youth program is exceptional, guided with patience and care by Sensei Laurel, who brings calm focus and genuine kindness to every class. The youth and adult program offers balance, discipline, and steady personal growth in a welcoming environment. This academy embodies respect, consistency, and community.“

10AM - 9PM
16940 E Quincy Ave, Aurora“My 3 boys recently started to attend here, we came from a different TKD school that we've been with 6 years. We commute 30 mins every class for the boys to attend. I love the class structure. Each class are broken into smaller groups based on their belt level and will have small sessions with each masters. These smaller groups gives the opportunities for your child to get seen. It's a very family oriented center. They hold different events throughout the year and even have parties to bring the TKD community closer. My boys loves the challenge to achieve their black belt. Don't expect to become a black belt over night, it take motivation and perseverance to get there.“

16330 E Quincy Ave, Aurora“The teachers focus a lot on self defense. Renshi Beach loves to push you to be better and is constantly on the lookout for ways to help you improve; Renshi Lena has a knack for isolating technical problems and ironing them out. Both teachers are learners at heart as well as great teachers. Karate is something that cannot be learned quickly. The teachers would rather wait for quality before belt promotions than push students through a business model. Some martial arts schools feel like they are just sucking money from you, but this place is definitely not that. They really care about the well being of their students. This is a great place to learn something new, get fit, learn to stand up for yourself, defend yourself, and get tough along the way. :)“

“Tiger-Rock Martial Arts is truly an exceptional place. The level of instruction is outstanding, but what makes it even more special is the genuine care and human quality of everyone involved. They are deeply committed to providing a meaningful and high-quality learning experience for every student.
This is not just about martial arts — they help children grow both physically and mentally, building confidence, discipline, and strong self-defense skills in a supportive and positive environment.
We are incredibly happy and grateful for Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Downey, Jojo, and all the coaches and staff. Their dedication, professionalism, and warmth make all the difference.
Highly recommended for any family looking for a place where kids can truly thrive!“
