This is a wonderful and great space for children to learn self defense and also have fun. My wife and I have a wonderful daughter together and she enjoys her lessons when she attends.

I really wanted to share a Thanksgiving card with the staff at CFMAF, but of course there would be nothing out there that could precisely put into words what I want to say. I have come to a better understanding of “value” through the years and in my occupation I have learned that true “value” is projected by experience, attention to detail and consistency. I have found that at CFMAF. The training you get at this dojo isn’t to just churn out belts. You will sweat! You will push yourself farther and farther physically! This place is fantastic! My daughter has been coming here for almost a month and she’s really learned a lot. The instructors are great, incredibly knowledgeable and patient with the kids. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
