“I was there on a night when Coach Andrew and Assistant (?) Coach Dale were teaching. Went to watch the kids class with my friend and his son, and stayed for the adult class.Kids class was taught well for the huge range of ages and sizes of the students, and the class was structured and organized.The adult class was full, and everyone seemed to get along well. Students and teachers alike were all very friendly, and the class was taught with plenty of detail, and attention given to the lower belts.Gym was spacious, meticulously clean, and has some pretty impressive utilities (changing rooms, two mats, weights and gym equipment, plenty of hang-out area for parents or observers...)Overall I had a very high opinion of the instructors, and the facilities are top notch.“
