“I can’t thank Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs Enough! We walked into our newly purchased home just before 3pm to the overwhelming smell of urine that was not present on walkthrough. Our possessions are scheduled to be delivered at 7:30 am tomorrow. I called Chem Dry based on a recommendation from our realtor and they quickly came to the property to ensure the entire home was cleaned prior to the delivery of our furniture. Urine spots were repeatedly treated and the smell is gone along with the stains. The carpet looked clean but after seeing what was actually extracted during the cleaning process I’m glad the carpets were fully cleaned by chem dry instead of just spot cleaned (looks can be deceiving). “We had a discount offer that we thought looked good, first man who cleaned three rooms looked like he was having problems with his equipment. When he left we could see that the carpet was very dirty and totally not acceptable. No Problem, Pro Steam sent out Daniel and he did a 100% great job with equipment that we recognized as superior. “Our house flooded two days ago. The frost proof hose faucet somehow retained water, which froze and burst the water pipe inside the wall. There was standing water in the kitchen, master bedroom, and bedroom closet in about five minutes. It was under the walls, cabinets, and under the new flooring. We called Property Solutions at about 6:30 am. They were at the house by 7:00, assessing how far the water had traveled, stopping it before it could travel farther, extracting the standing water and (sadly) taking out the damaged flooring and cabinets. It was a hectic, stressful situation for us… They were calm, strategic and professional as they went about setting up dehumidifiers, drying fans and an air scrubber. Part of the drywall had to be cut away to access the broken pipe and to remove the wet insulation. They brought a trailer and hauled away all the wet flooring, underlayment and wet fiberglass. The huge mess was gone in just a few hours.  Drying equipment ran for a couple days. Tracy and Chelsey came out themselves to meet with the insurance adjuster, which was wonderful.
