If you have a surprise basement leak and have no idea what to do or where to begin, Deep Water Emergency Services - Colorado Springs is the company to call for help and mitigation. Honestly, I feel like I've been saved! Yanni the boss showed up and was very knowledgeable, understanding, efficient, and calm. His professional experience is obvious. Ruben and Isiah B went beyond professionalism when cleaning up water damage in our basement.
They took the time to constantly answer questions and explain the process. They took the time to make sure things were out of the way, covered in plastic and ready for clean up. They took their time in clean up process and made sure any mold was taken care of and things were right.
Key points - professional, understanding, and did not rush the process.
When they came back for the demo on the walls and equipment pick up everything was covered again demo was complete they finished the clean up and nothing was left. Very happy with them and their work.
