They told me what they would do. Explained issues they found. Left my system much cleaner. They also took the time to explain things that I was doing to hinder my heating air-conditioning system and what I could do to prolong the health of my system. I would have given 5 stars, but they forgot to add the photos to my invoice.

I have used Steamatic to clean my area rugs at least once a year for the last 5 years. They always do a good job. The rugs always come back looking new, clean, and fresh smelling. I started using them because their price is the most reasonable in town and they finish the job within a week. I also hired them to clean my air ducts, furnace and A/C coils, dryer vents because they are certified air ducts and coil cleaning specialist. Again, they did a superb job with a very competitive price on all of them. They come in on time and finish each job within the estimated time that they promised to complete.Services: Pet stain & odor removal
