After years of using Stanley Steamer and just not feeling like we were getting a good quality clean I came across Chem-Dry Colorado Springs. I was hoping for a thorough carpet cleaning along with the pet stain treatment. The results were amazing and surpassed any prior professional carpet cleaning we have had done. On my initial call I was given very clear expectations of what could be provided. The pricing was very straight forward. Our tech arrived on time and we had text updates leading up to our appointment. Scott was our tech and he explained everything to my husband prior to beginning. Great people, great workmanship, very kind and professional technicians, I immediately could see and smell the difference with their product in comparison with multiple previous companies. In the recent pasty I have used two different cleaning companies in the attempts to clean my rugs and carpet to remove animal mistakes, in fact one company returned multiple times but were unsuccessful to achieve what Chem-Dry did in one cleaning. Chem-Dry’s products and work ethics are second to none. I highly recommend this company.
