Ambient Air answered my call during off hours, and I was put at ease after speaking with Dominic, one of the owners. Dominic came out to my property to meet with the adjuster to assess my damage which I thought was rare. They repaired my damage promptly and worked with my insurance provider. The gentlemen they had in my unit doing the labor were all very friendly and respectful of my property. I hope I never have to use them again, but at least I know I have a company I can trust to help with any future mitigation. I appreciate their customer service during tense situations (who wants to deal with water damage issues-no one).
