“To sum it up, the roof and gutters look amazing, and I would recommend anyone work with Sterling and his team at Key Roofing & Exteriors.We are in the process of selling our house, and on recommendation, we got a consultation for our roof. Sterling broke down all of the potential pain points we'd have during inspection, and was fair with what he thought we should do, given our circumstance. We scheduled a reinstall for the following Monday after going through decision designs (what type of roofing, color, ways to save here and there, colors of gutters, etc.).Talk about under-promising and over-delivering! He estimated worst-case it would take around a week to finish due to weather conditions, but sure enough, it only took two days to get the entire roof up plus the gutters! He made sure we always knew what was going on at the time and guided us through the process up until inspection time. When they were done, they went through a huge effort of cleaning up all of the debris. Now we have a brand new, beautiful roof and gutters, at least for another month, that is!Here's hoping our buyers enjoy the roof as much as we are now.
