One word AMAZING!!! EE Cleaning cleaned our carpets, cleaned our house and wait for it... my Ethan Allen couch! First we are a family is 7 and our carpets take a beating, well everything takes a beating! They took the time to do it right and not just look at a clock. My carpets were beautiful. The cleaning service was better than expected and we received a follow up quality check for our first cleaning. Back to my couch... the small fortune I spent on my couch is crazy and naturally I was terrified to have anyone touch it. You hear horror stories about cleaning your expensive couch. The owner shared the education he and his staff took with this type is fabric. I was amazed, when the owner came with his crew to test my fabric first. The end result was insane and beautifully clean! I will always use EE cleaning and I highly recommend.
"Where Expectations are Exceeded" INDEED! A week into our new home a busted washing machine damaged four rooms in the house. EE Cleaning got in and got the water out FAST! Ryan and his crew contained, extracted and dehumidified the entire house and even cleaned unaffected rooms complimentary! One employee factually stayed on the job cleaning until the cistern ran out of water. That is the mark of a true professional! My wife now calls them first for jobs relating to her client's thanks to their unwavering professionalism, attention to detail, and quick response. They did such a great job that all we had to do were minor repairs, cosmetics and cleaning as apposed to expensive remodeling and re building. From flood to finish FAST! Thank you all for a job extremely well done!
