Could not sing higher praises for this company! They not only dried out our flooded basement (from a burst pipe) and scrubbed the air for mold particles, but also took care of the entire restoration process. Super communicative w regular emails and phone calls, confirming what should have happened already and what was next in the process. All their subcontractors behaved in a similar fashion - professional, communicative, and did beautiful work. Our basement looks like nothing ever happened. Great service from start to finish. Came out right away when I discovered a leak in my basement due to a faulty pipe in my sump pump. Steve was our point of contact throughout the entire process and he was extremely helpful and patient with us while explaining the process! We had to have our ceiling re-dry walled and upstairs flooring replaced due to a water leak. We had fast and wonderful service from CMS and would highly recommend them to anyone!
