Superb service! Came to work on morning of 13 Aug to find a torrent of water flowing across out back parking lot at Postal Annex NORTH GATE! Unfortunately, water flooded half of the store. Within an hour of contact, their crew showed, help clear the water and determine how much water went under the floor. They continued working the issue through the weekend with multiple fans to dry the store! Excellent job by all! Hope this never happens again, but if it does it'll be CC Restoration who I'll call!!
Simply outstanding. A technician came out almost immediately to examine my 2026 Yukon that had had 5 gallons of gas spilled into the passenger compartment. He was able to indicate on the spot that unfortunately this spill was not something they could work on. Almost a month later when State Farm was still contesting certain payments, they were able to locate the visit and provide written confirmation of their original conclusion all within less than an hour. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I originally hired a different company and felt like I was being taken advantage of. My insurance company originally said it wouldn’t be covered, but Forest took the time to call my insurance company and helped get it covered. He saved me thousands of dollars and their prices were very fair. CC Restoration was great start to finish, the guys that were over doing the work were very kind and professional.
