We had a massive water leak from frozen pipe after being away from home. We called rare restoration and they were out within a few hours. I primarily worked with Kenny and he did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Kenny at this company as he treat your house as it was his own. I highly recommend rare restoration for their professionalism, kindness, timeliness, knowledge, and reliability. And also highly recommend working with Kenny as he will treat you right and get the job done well.
We have had a great experience with Rare Restoration. Late night call for an overflowed toilet and they were there within the hour. We have also engaged Rare to fox the problem once the mitigation portion was completed. Definitely would recommend Rare to anyone experiencing a similar situation.
