“Jimmie and the guys at JC Mechanical were awesome to work with!!! They installed a mini split with three zones in the upstairs of our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We called out multiple companies for bids and opinions on how to resolve the issue and Jimmie was heads and shoulders above everyone else with his price and his knowledge of the process and options for fixing the problem. His explanations to us that were easily able to be understood even though we know nothing about HVAC! He went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable with the process before work began. We have a dog who is crazy when it comes to strangers, so we let him and his team complete the work while we were out of town so there would be no issues with the doggy - and I couldn’t have been happier. The work was completed early, our home was left in good shape, and they followed up with us with pictures of the completed project while we were still out of town.
