Prompt email communication response on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately, I was in the wrong state (there is another HVAC company by same name here in VA, that was referred by a friend)! I just googled and clicked 😅 Confident that JC would have saved the day had I still lived in Colorado!
Our AC went out on one of the hottest weekends of the year. Jim and JC Mechanical saved the day! Jim came out on a Saturday evening and stayed until the job was done, which was very late. He was professional and thorough in his explanation of what needed to be repaired and replaced. We signed up for the membership knowing we’ll use him again in the future.
Jimmie was courteous, professional, honest and did a great job. Very appreciative of the prompt service call in the middle of a heat wave when everyone in the industry is crazy busy and understandably exhausted. Would absolutely recommend JC Mechanical and will be calling again for my hvac needs.
