Really prompt response when I submitted my request for service, after hours to boot! Text communications back and forth wherein I sent in a photo of my furnace unit, they diagnosed my (admittedly very simple) problem via text, then had a service member out as soon as they were able. 5min fix, and we were back up and running.Really appreciated how painless and transparent the entire process was. Never felt like I had to guess at any step. Got a customer for life right here.
Love JC Mechanical! Used them for my father, mother, and myself, and will continue to do so. They are always on it, flexible, and professional. It means a ton to have a reliable heating and air company that does things right and is on the up and up. Nixon and Chris were our last two techs, and both were awesome! Bronson was hands down an extreme pleasure! He helped explain everything to me and ensured that my gf and I had heat. Very personal and professional at his job. He then showed me options of new furnaces and explained things in a way I can explain it to my gf without being confused. Would hands down go to Bronson and the team again for all future needs!!!
