Dante and Emma did a fantastic job replacing our defective 10+ foot deep sump pump and resealing it for Radon mitigation. They made sure the new pump was working properly and then sealed everything. I really appreciate their attention to detail. I will definitely call Bell Plumbing again.

Bell came out in 2017 and replaced our sewer line from the house to the middle of street. They were professional, fast and cleaned up the yard before leaving. Their price was in the middle of the three bids. Only four stars because of the poor response to a sinking sidewalk. Disappointing that they don't seem to follow up with customer concerns after the job is done.
Update 2026: Bell looked at the sinking sidewalk and never attempted any repair. My complaint reached the city code enforcement and they replaced the sinking slabs. The city confirmed the low-grade filler and will subrogate the cost from Bell.
