We first became customers with Royal Heating and Air when our furnace quit during a snow storm on a Sunday. I called several businesses and got the same answer from each that they could come out the following week, mid week. I then called Royal Heating and was told if we could wait an hour he’d be out. Joe Royal arrived within the hour. He got the furnace running, showed my husband how to keep it running, until he could get the replacement part and fix it the next day.The next afternoon he returned with the part and fixed the furnace as promised. Joe's awesome. Came to my address same day, determined the issues with my furnace in under a minute, applied the cost of the consultation to the fee, and the final bill was very reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone!
