Water was leaking down through ceiling from leak in upstairs toilet. I needed a plumber fast! Called Plumbline Services and talked to ****. He walked me through the steps to shut off water to house and to toilet and to remove water from the tank. He scheduled an appointment to repair the toilet the next day. Comforted by his calm demeanor and professional manner, I was able to sleep knowing that everything would be fine until morning. He came the next day and repaired the toilet. I was so impressed with his skills and proficiency that I asked him to check another older toilet that needed some attention. Amazing job as usual. This was the 2nd project in less than 6 months i used Plumbline. The tech was super responsive and professional. I will continue to use Plumbline in the future.
Jordan and Justin (who is in training) did a masterful job of solving my plumbing problem. I couldn't be more pleased. I was also very impressed with Plumbline's communication process, from scheduling to confirmation to reminders to follow up.
