“I have been going to West med in Westminster off Pecos Street and see Dr. Cavanaugh. I've been seeing Dr. Cavanaugh for over 15 years and love all the doctors there and the staff never had a problem with doctors or staff have only waited five minutes after checking in add taken into the examining room and maybe another five minutes to see the doctor. Of course unless there was an emergency that day I may have hadadd taken into the examining room and maybe another five minutes to see the doctor. Of course unless there was an emergency that day I may have had to wait 20 minutes.“

“I am new to the Denver health system. Today was the first time I used my insurance. I have been experiencing terrible sciatica the past few months. I have been working with a physical therapist who advised me to get a repeat MRI because my symptoms are worsening. Unfortunately, I was not able to schedule an appointment with a primary care provider for 4-6 weeks. I was advised to go to urgent care. After reading the reviews I was concerned about the care I would receive. I was prepared to spend 2-4hrs waiting to be seen. I waited an hour, which was expected, to be seen. After that I worked with great nurses and a great Doctor who listened to my concerns. I was started on new medication to treat my pain and was also scheduled for an MRI. Although, I'm still dealing with pain it is helps knowing that there are providers who genuinely care about their patients. I'm looking forward to getting an MRI and finding out what other treatment I need.“
