“My UCHealth primary care doc was not available for an in person visit on short notice so I visited the UCHealth urgent care at the Harmony campus and received amazing care. The facility was very busy yet I didn’t have the expected long wait. In fact, I received ongoing texts with the anticipated time I would.be seen. That is new and much appreciated. Everyone, from the associate who checked me in to the tech who handled my X-rays, were all happy and helpful despite the busy environment. They obviously like working for UCHealth. My NP, Katie Wenzel, who examined me was especially caring and helpful. She treated me like family and was very attentive and respectful of my time while I waited on radiology results.”
