I went to the urgent care here and had a great experience. There was street parking, all staff was kind and communicative, and there was a very short wait for me and everyone else I saw in the waiting room. They were up front about costs as well and it was all very efficient.
I came for my annual physical with my doctor. Pavilion L is the Outpatient facility at the Denver Health downtown complex. They recommend wearing masks but they are not required. It was clean inside and the AC kept the spaces well cooled. My check-in with staff was quick & efficient. The nurse's aide checked my vitals and confirmed my identity. I had a good and productive visit with Dr Grace Marx. She issued scripts for multiple blood tests and a prescription to pickup at their in-house pharmacy. The laboratory was fast. I only waited 5 minutes. I then went over to the Pharmacy. Since my doctor had just placed the prescription, I had to wait 30 minutes. The big shocker...read full review
