I love the Lakewood Kaiser, I always walk in and meet the kindest people, everyone there works incredibly hard and are always so inviting and kind. I have been going to the Lakewood Kaiser for a while now and every time I go in, even just for the smallest thing, they really do take care of me, we all need a good doctors office like the Lakewood Kaiser, with so many people who are didicatong their lives to helping others.

I had to go to Urgent Care twice this week - yikes.First visit was afternoon of 11/7 and I saw Dr. Emily Merrick for a dental infection. There were about 15 others in waiting room, but I was seen within an hour. Treatment and tests took another three and a half hours so I can understand why others have complained about the wait. Staff was friendly and professional, but clearly incredibly busy - I feel that they were really hustling to do their best for all patients. I was relieved to have received good treatment and didn't mind waiting my turn. I felt much better by that evening.Second visit was morning of 11/12 and I saw Dr. Bill Bauer for a related case of sinusitis....read full review

I went in at 8 am on Sunday with foot pain. I saw a doctor within 15 minutes. She paid attention, listened, examined, explained, and recommended a plan of treatment. Very nice to receive that kind of care!
