Wonderful visit. It was very quick, in and out. Our 3 year old daughter had strep throat and they did great with her the entire visit. So happy our Kaiser insurance is accepted here, it’s close to our home and so convenient.
The nurses and doctor were very knowledgeable and they were able to explain what was happening in a way I could understand. Made sure I was comfortable before and during my visit. Polite, respectful, intelligent...ticked all the good boxes and zero negatives
I always come to this urgent care when my kids are sick, they are fast, easy to check in and they always give me the option to have them tested (flu, covid, strep etc..), they listen to me and my kids when they don’t feel well and are able to treat the symptoms unless it’s something that antibiotics are needed for and my kids are always starting to feel better once we get home! Highly recommend to anyone!
