“I had my first appointment with Dr. Kate Johnson today, and I’ve never felt more heard or supported by a primary care provider. She took the time to listen to my full history, asked thoughtful questions, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. I came in overwhelmed with several health issues, and she addressed each one with patience, clarity, and genuine compassion.

Dr. Johnson helped me understand what was happening with my symptoms and immediately created a plan that included referrals, testing, and medications that actually make sense for my situation. She took my concerns seriously and made me feel like a real partner in my care.

It’s rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and truly kind. I left the appointment feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time. I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.

“Very bad knowledge..those very bad team..I waste my time for nothing...thats smile care not urgent care...I wish I can made vídeo and show the people what they did..I felt im as stupid just smile n say yes without treament..omg..I want treatment, I don't want people smiling in my face... The staff treats me respectfully, but I came for treatment that didn't happen, and they transferred me to another place because they didn't have an answer.“

I guess never on a Sunday, however, because I took my sick daughter there today. When I realized they were closed and was about to leave, a person hanging a sign out front said “I am the doctor here. Can I help you?” He took my sick daughter in and examined her even though they were closed and wrote a prescription (turned out she has strep throat). In world where the medical systems seem so uncaring, Dr. Morrison is amazing! We will continue to come to this Urgent Care when we are sick (although maybe not on Sunday because they are closed.)“

Dr. Davis took extra steps to not only make sure my problem was addressed but also the best referral to fix it in the long term. She was friendly, helpful, and took her time to really talk through everything I needed. I hope to not need urgent care but if I do, this is the only place I will go in the future.“

“I’m thrilled Dr. Smith is my PCP! Most recently, I asked for help managing my sleep. He LISTENED and then gave me several practical, easy to follow, non drug related tools to try. When I asked about a particular cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tool called “shuffling”, he knew exactly what I was talking about and discussed recent studies with me. I was very impressed with the breadth and depth of his knowledge and love his friendly, “you got this” approach.“

“Went here for concerns of fever, back pain, and chills. The staff were amazing and really cared about my health. They ran numerous tests and updated me every time new information came out from my labs. I've only visited this location twice but I am confident that I am in good hands at this Urgent Care location. PA Thornbloom and the rest of the team in the Urgent Care really care about their patients.“

“Genesis wellness center is the best! Not only are they the greatest chiropractic place you can go to but they also have the best messages you can get. I am so excited because they are expanding and doing so much more for your well being. They are offering facials and wellness IV drips also. The staff is so happy and helpful. Most of them have shared that they also use Genesis for their personal needs. If you're looking for an all around wellness center, this is where you want to go!“

“This review is for the Kaiser Lonetree urgent care and particularly Becky S, RN that works there. I received attentive and empathetic care by her. You can tell she goes above and beyond and is knowledgeable and I can trust her with me or my families care. I unfortunately can not say the same about all Kaiser providers when it comes to trust, and if/when I need urgent care I will go to Lonetree UC with hopes Becky would be my nurse again!“
