I am uninsured and out of the county I was willing to pay cash to get my services done none one bothered to call me to let me know that wasn’t going get any services I took time from work and I took a Lyft back and forth it is inconsiderate to peoples time and money and if I had denver health insurance it would be a different treatment People are not a commodity the insurance is Terrible

I am new to the Denver health system. Today was the first time I used my insurance. I have been experiencing terrible sciatica the past few months. I have been working with a physical therapist who advised me to get a repeat MRI because my symptoms are worsening. Unfortunately, I was not able to schedule an appointment with a primary care provider for 4-6 weeks. I was advised to go to urgent care. To say I’m disappointed with my experience at the Urgent Care is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am completely and utterly HORRIFIED by the people who work here and they way they conduct this clinic. We started my visit on Wednesday with a bang, with the front desk lady having THE WORST attitude. People come here because they feel ILL and to have someone so condescending and rude to greet you at the front desk is extremely unsettling. After a maybe 5-7 min wait in the lobby I was escorted to a room where I would end up waiting 1hr and 20 min to be seen by a dr. This is WAY TOO LONG when someone already doesn’t feel well!!!
