From the minute I called to see if they had the ability to x-ray until my wrist was wrapped I felt that I was in excellent care. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I would never hesitate going here again. Thanks for all of the great care, you are all awesome!

I am an RN who has worked in Critical Care/ICU for over 18 years so I know about medical care. I needed an XRay over the weekend to see if a bone was broken in my foot or if it was badly bruised. (I did not feel this warranted an ER Visit.) I read the reviews of many of the Urgent Care Centers out there and chose to go to Three Peaks due to their AWESOME reviews. I was astounded at the number of centers rated below 3. They are also the only Urgent Care I saw that posted their fees online in case you needed to self-pay instead of using your Insurance. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door by Owen at the front desk who was very kind and he checked me in right away. Owen soon brought me back to a private room, did my Vitals, asked what happened, took my medical history, asked about allergies, and then after that took some X-Rays. He was incredibly kind, caring and listened to me. I never once felt rushed even though they were closing in about 45 minutes and I am sure they were exhausted. Kramer, the PA on duty was also very kind, knowledgeable and gave me the results of my X-ray and my plan for activity level moving forward etc. They were ALL so very competent, caring, and my overall experience was an excellent quality of care which is rare in this day and age. So nice to be treated with such professionalism, caring and kindness. I wish my personal Doctor's Office was as good. I would use this Urgent Care again in a heartbeat! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank You ALL!!!!

Friendly, clean, front desk and PA -C were really excellent!!!! Very reasonable wait time. The PA-C took the time needed, no rushing at all. Great result! I would recommend without hesitation!
